If keeping students engaged in sports is the key to improving their health, then a recent study suggests that students should focus less on winning and more on having fun. Researchers at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., found that the primary reason that students reported dropping out of sports is because it stopped being fun.
